REGISTRATION OVERVIEW and OPTIONS

There are 4 ways you can register:  A. Staying on Campus, B. Commuter, C. Single Day Rate and D. Teen/Tween


A.  STAYING ON CAMPUS

Note:  ALL children 18 and younger MUST be accompanied by an adult with a paid Conference Registration at ALL TIMES during the conference.

You can check in as early as Sunday, June 18.  Check out is Saturday morning.  No one is allowed to stay Saturday night.

Additional Fee for Campus Parking Permit is required $8/day/vehicle.



MEAL OPTION PLAN - NO LONGER AVAILABLE


Meals may be purchased directly at point of sale with cash/credit.


The Meal Plan provides a debit card that can be used at any retail food outlet on campus, i.e. Aromas, Bert’s Bistro, Bosley Mission Café and Fitness Center, Frank’s Lounge, Pavilion Dining, La Paloma, Tu Mercado Deli, La Gran Terraza (full service restaurant) or O’Tooles.  There are no refunds on unused balances, and if you exceed the $85.00, you are responsible for any additional money owed.  The meal plan includes 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners plus tax, for a total of $85/person.

NOTE:  Meal cards must be ordered by June 6, 2016.



BANQUET OPTION - Thursday, June 22  5:00 - 7:30 p.m. 

Dinner Dance with Italian Buffet        BANQUET MUST BE PREPAID BY WEDNESDAY 5:00 PM

Cost is only $35/person.

The Warden's Banquet is open to EVERYONE whether you are attending the conference or not.

If you are coming just for the banquet, you can use the metered parking garage and buy a 2/hr permit with a Visa or change. The cost is $.75/hr.
