REGISTRATION OVERVIEW and OPTIONS

There are 4 ways you can register:  A. Staying on Campus, B. Commuter, C. Single Day Rate and D. Teen/Tween


A.  STAYING ON CAMPUS 

     For Entire Conference


Conference Registration Fee

    Early Bird $135/person  

Beginning May 8, $165/person


Additional Fees:

Room rates include USD required campus fee.

Single  $90/night/person    Double $65/night/person

ROOMS NEED TO BE RESERVED NO LATER THAN JUNE 6, 2017

Campus Parking Permit Fee $8/day/vehicle

B.  COMMUTER

Note:  ALL children 18 and younger MUST be accompanied by an adult with a paid Conference Registration at ALL TIMES during the conference.

You can check in as early as Sunday, June 18.  Check out is Saturday morning.  No one is allowed to stay Saturday night.

Additional Fee for Campus Parking Permit is required $8/day/vehicle.



MEAL OPTION PLAN


Meals may be purchased directly at point of sale or using the Meal Plan.


The Meal Plan provides a debit card that can be used at any retail food outlet on campus, i.e. Aromas, Bert’s Bistro, Bosley Mission Café and Fitness Center, Frank’s Lounge, Pavilion Dining, La Paloma, Tu Mercado Deli, La Gran Terraza (full service restaurant) or O’Tooles.  There are no refunds on unused balances, and if you exceed the $85.00, you are responsible for any additional money owed.  The meal plan includes 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners plus tax, for a total of $85/person.

NOTE:  Meal cards must be ordered by June 6, 2016.



BANQUET OPTION - Thursday, June 22  5:00 - 7:30 p.m. 

Dinner Dance with Italian Buffet

Cost is only $35/person.

The Warden's Banquet is open to EVERYONE whether you are attending the conference or not.

If you are coming just for the banquet, you can use the metered parking garage and buy a 2/hr permit with a Visa or change. The cost is $.75/hr.

TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY OUTINGS - June 20  & 21


Spend a Day in La Jolla on Tuesday


A USD charter bus will take you into La Jolla to spend the day exploring the area.  Visit The Cove shown here, and Children's Beach to see the seals, plus lots of other sights.


For just the cost of transportation at $14/person you can have the time of your life.  Wear your walking shoes and enjoy the sights and tastes of La Jolla.  Bus will leave USD at 10:30 a.m.

and pick you up in La Jolla at 2:30 p.m. Seating is limited to 20-22 so sign up early! 


Breakfast at the Hotel del Coronado on Wednesday


Enjoy the grandeur and history of The Del.

$56/person includes transportation, continental breakfast buffet and a 90 minute historic tour of The Del - Note: Stairs need to be manipulated during the tour.  The tour will finish by Noon and you can spend time exploring the grounds, the beach, have lunch or shop at the galleria of stores.  The bus will depart USD at 8:00 a.m. and pick you up at the hotel at 2:00 p.m. Seating is limited to 20-22 so sign up early!
